Ananta Yatrica is a tour operator based in Bhutan. This page explains what information this website collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our form, we receive what you enter: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, the journey you are interested in, the number of travellers, your preferred travel period, and your message. We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to plan your trip.
When you message us on WhatsApp, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp, which is operated by Meta under its own privacy policy. A message started from a package page includes a link to that page, so we know which trip you are asking about.
This website does not ask for identity documents, payment details or medical information.
Information needed for a booking
If you book a trip with us, we may need additional information such as your full legal name, date of birth, nationality, passport or identity-document details, emergency contact details, travel dates, visa or permit information, travel insurance details where relevant, and other information reasonably required to arrange your trip.
For some trips, we may ask about dietary, mobility, medical, or other special requirements where that information is genuinely needed to provide the trip safely or appropriately.
We may share information that is necessary to arrange your trip with relevant service providers, such as hotels, airlines, transport providers, guides, local tour operators, and government, visa, immigration, border, or permit authorities where required.
If online payments are introduced, payment information may be processed by the relevant bank or payment service provider under its own privacy terms.Ananta Yatrica does not store full payment-card details on this website.
Because we arrange travel in different countries, your information may be processed in countries other than the country where you live.
